Shipping policy

Shipping and returns 

All items are shipped from the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 4-5 working days of payment. We cannot ship on weekends or UK public holidays. Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas. 

Returns and refunds 

We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received your order. Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected]. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unopened and/or unused, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying for the return of your item(s). 

Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you return an item and receive a refund, the £3.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will send an email to notify you and to let you know of your refund status. If we approve your refund, this will be made to your original payment method. 

It can take several working days for your refund to be processed. If your refund is delayed, please firstly contact your bank or credit card company. If your refund has been arrived after two working weeks, please email us on [email protected]

Damaged goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected], detailing the issue with your item. We will do our best to replace damaged items free of charge. You may be asked to return the item as proof of damage.
